Watched Patience, or Bunthorne’s Bride unaware that it was an 1800s opera instead of a musical. I imagine Spamalot would have been like this if produced more than a century ago. Terribly corny! — attending Patience, Bunthorne’s Bride at Seattle Repertory Theatre.
Attended Antony and Cleopatra unaware that it was a staged reading/talkback of a William Shakespeare play (Ugh, flashback to English lit). I’ve gotta read the synopsis before going to these things.
