Last day of the sold-out Charles Shultz “Charlie Brown Christmas” stage adaption at Taproot Theatre. I need to stop seeing kid-friendly shows. Nice how the schroeder character accompanied the musical (or play?).
Yippee ki yay! Attended the sold-out stage musical adaptation of “Die Hard,” “A Very Die Hard Christmas,” at Seattle Public Theater. Probably would have enjoyed it more if I watched the original movie. Cheesy & corny! #johnmcclane
Watched the stage play adaptation of Willa Cather’s “My Antonia” at Book-It Repertory Theatre. Lots of cast doubling. Entertaining to hear different immigrant & Americana accents but wonder if they were pronounced correctly.
Attended the Seattle Men’s Chorus “Jingle All the Way” christmas concert w/ Andres & Alex at Benaroya Hall. Loved that they added a tap dance routine. Missing singing w/ these guys. Sound tech, turn up the volume!
Village Theatre’s last performance of Disney’s “Freaky Friday” stage musical adaptation. Typical generic feel of a made-for-tv movie on the Disney Channel. Good songs and harmony though.
