Traveled to Siberia (Federal Way) to watch the Shakespeare-inspired sci-fri (aka cheesy) rock musical Return to the Forbidden Planet. Just ... awful! It's a shame cause the set was good & 1/2 the actors were inherently talented. The Maltese Falcon – Dinner Theatre – Cafe Nordo

Dinner theater watching the fast-paced stage adaptation of The Maltese Falcon. My 1st exposure to noir & I'm loving it! Actors portrayed this melodramatic genre well w/o being too campy/corny. String – Musical – Village Theatre

World premiere of the musical “String” – a goofy/sad romantic comedy/tragedy about the Greek Fates and predestination. Love what they did to the set since I saw this in Beta series last year! I had to take 2 pix.

Vagina Monologues – Show – Vashon Theatre

Afternoon matinee of The Vagina Monologues. Surprised how similar it was to the hilarious MADtv spoof. Disappointed that 1/3 of the monologues used notecards. But very vivacious vivid verse and verbiage.

Bye Bye Birdie – Musical – SecondStory Repertory

Watched Bye Bye Birdie (musical). Fluffy charming old-timey show.
