The Turn of the Screw – Play – Book-It Repertory Theatre “Turn of the Screw” stage play adaptation w/ Book-It Repertory Theatre at Seattle Center. Eerie gothic supernatural ghost thriller. But too confusing because of British subtlety. Was it all a delusion? #suspense
Frozen – Musical – Paramount Theatre Disney’s “Frozen – The Musical” at Paramount Theatre w/ Seattle Theatre Group. High-quality special effects & clever puppetry. #LetItGo
The Children – Play – Seattle Repertory Theater “The Children” play at Seattle Rep. Bizzare, random, & slow. Not a fan. Good acting though.
Patricia Barber – Dinner Show – The Triple Door Patricia Barber dinner show at The Triple Door w/ Midori. While I love listening to jazz as background music, I don’t understand it as the “main course” in a live concert. Rendition of “I Could Have Danced” was a pleasant surprise though.
She Loves Me – Musical – Village Theatre “She Loves Me” musical at Village Theatre. Beautiful set like Tiffany & Co. So much “old world elegance.” Charming pen pal love story was the inspiration for “You’ve Got Mail.”
