“Afterwords” musical w/ dad at the 5th Avenue Theatre. Amazing to see evolution from the Village Theatre beta workshop 4 yrs ago to the big stage now. Felt goosebumps during the “Lonely-hearted People” song. Novel use of non-vocal dancers depicting characters’ inner emotions.

Bliss the Musical at The 5th Avenue Theatre. Novel lagoon & fairy godfather (Mario Cantone) elements. Loved the traditional perfect Stepford Cinderella-like #princesses. But the rah-rah #girlPower #sisterhood #snowflake message was overplayed 🙄. Also wish the hilarious butch lesbian #princess was featured more. — “Bliss the Musical” at The 5th Avenue Theatre.
