Waitress – Musical – Paramount Theatre

Watched Sara Barielles's Waitress the Musical, complete with 2 mini pies to eat during the descriptive, mouth-watering show. Skylight – Play – ACT Theatre

Watched the Tony award-winning play — Watched the Tony award-winning play “Skylight.” Was intoxicated by the smell of onions & garlic sauteing as they cooked Italian (in a British play) while acting. So hungry! Not quite sure what was the message of the play.

Prelude to a Kiss – Play – Strawberry Theatre Workshop

Watched the original stage play version of Prelude to a Kiss. Started out as a fun light-hearted romantic comedy that suddenly transformed into freaky friday. Good plot progression. Totally missed the allusion to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The Who’s Tommy – Musical – 12th Ave Arts

Sold out show of the rock opera musical The Who's Tommy. In true Seattle fashion, their casting was so gratuitously gender/color blind that 5 actors portrayed Tommy instead of 3. So confusing!
