Nice Work If You Can Get It – Musical – Woodland Park Players “Nice Work If You Can Get It” Gershwin musical w/ Woodland Park Players. Good roaring 1920s costumes & dance moves. Biggest turnout I’ve seen at this venue.
Lost Girl – Play – Shoreline Community College “Lost Girl” play at Shoreline Community College. Wendy Darling grows up a sullen depressed melodramatic young adult & can’t get over Peter Pan. Gurl, you 👏 don’t 👏 need 👏 no 👏 man. Go to college, start a hobby, or get a job! #neverland
Sense & Sensibility – Play – Shoreline Community College Jane Austen’s “Sense & Sensibility” at Shoreline Community College. Enjoyed this play more than I thought I would. Perhaps it was the gossipy busybody characters. But scene transitions were awkward & the puppetry should be omitted.
The Drowsy Chaperone – Musical – Seattle Community College “The Drowsy Chaperone” – a love letter parody of musicals. The narrator was a sad glimpse into my future ?. Like many Shoreline Community College Theater shows, I was pleasantly surprised by the caliber of this production.
